coffee gut pain
My lungs feel heavy/tight and it feels weird breathing what could be the problem?

So i’ve been living in a cold climate for almost a year and this will be my second winter. Yesterday i was late and walking to work so my pace was faster. By the time i arrived i was winded and i had a slight pain on my right side that i was sure if it was my lung or just my gut hurting. I’m not overweight but i’m just hadn’t exorcised lately so i thought it was that. I had a cup of coffee just in case because my dad told me that coffee is good if i ever have any asthma problems. I didn’t refil my my inhaler- which i have just in case and when i’m sick.
Then just now i noticed my lungs/chest feels uncomfortably heavy or tight, especially around the ribcage area. Kind of the way you feel when you do the inverted position in yoga.
this has been my only symptom- i don’t think i’m sick either.
What could be the problem?
If it doesn’t go away i will call my doctor.

Maybe your blood vessels are constricting because of the cold air. I’ve noticed that my exercise-induced asthma acts up in the cold, but it’s not the same as the asthma attacks I’m used to. It feels more like a tightness in the chest, like you described.
